AITrainer Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AITrainer’s AI Education Platform at AITrainer.digital (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform in 2025, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AITrainer offers training sessions, workshops, and live tutorials focusing on artificial intelligence and machine learning. Service details, schedules, and availability are provided on the Platform.

2. Info Products

AITrainer provides digital educational products, including courses, e-books, and recorded webinars (“Info Products”). Access is granted via user accounts on the Platform.

3. Goods

AITrainer may sell physical materials such as textbooks and branded merchandise (“Goods”). Descriptions, prices, and shipping details are available on the Platform.

4. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request rescheduling up to 48 hours before a live session. Approved requests allow a one-time reschedule at no extra charge.

All service cancellations requested at least 7 days before the session are eligible for full reimbursement via the original purchase channel within 10 business days. Cancellations less than 7 days prior are not eligible, due to preparatory costs and resource allocations.

4.2 Info Products

Customers may request reimbursement for Info Products within 7 days of purchase if no materials have been downloaded or accessed. After access, all sales are final due to the nature of digital content.

4.3 Goods

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused Goods in original packaging. Approved returns are issued as account credit or reimbursement via the initial purchase method within 15 business days of receipt of returned items. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

5. Modifications

AITrainer reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Platform with a revised effective date.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
